WCHRI Summer Studentship awards provide academically gifted young students an opportunity to participate in research related to women and children’s health during the summer months. Students work on specific projects under the supervision of WCHRI researchers. The program aims to foster a new generation of researchers to pursue careers in women and children’s health.
The WCHRI Summer Student award, valued at up to $1,300 per month is offered for the summer months of May to August. Incentive awards (of up to $250 per month) are also available for those who have been successful in obtaining both the WCHRI Summer Student award as well as another peer-reviewed competitive summer studentship award.
