WCHRI's 5th Annual Research Day
Thank you to everyone who helped make this day such a huge success!

On Wednesday, November 28, about 300 WCHRI members, trainees and partners packed into the second floor of the Westin for the Fifth Annual WCHRI Research Day.
Our very full day started with project updates from WCHRI’s 2009 Emerging Team Grant recipients and professional development seminars from our guest speakers.
Dr. Susan Ozanne, our lunchtime Keynote speaker, entertained and educated us on her research of the affects of prenatal nutrition on the health of offspring later in life.
Approximately 134 undergraduate students, graduate students, Postdoctoral Fellows, professors, residents and trainees had the opportunity to practice their presentation skills during the oral and poster presentation competitions.
Great job to all the presenters, this year’s competition was fierce; and congratulations to all the winners!
